The ultrasound extraction method
We knows in depth the benefits of officinal plants, and this is why we have fine-tuned an extraction system which guarantees the best quality/quantity absolute ratio, and which does not change at all the plant active ingredients.
The ultrasound extraction is an exclusively mechanical extraction that guarantees unquestionably better benefits than traditional systems; the whole extraction process takes place at room temperature, thus preventing the thermolabile active ingredients, such as vitamins and essential oils from disintegrating and sugary parts from caramelizing. During the process, the ultrasounds turn into shockwaves, spreading in the containment tank through millions of micro-bubbles which grow until explosion.
This phenomenon, called cavitation, allows the cell membrane to break up, the active ingredients therein contained to be discharged, and consequently to be solubilized in the solvent medium: as such, we obtain the almost complete extraction of all plant active ingredients, which cannot happen with a physical extraction, where the passage is only osmotic.
