We check every single production lot and we include a technical file in every sampling, attaching to the first supply the full documentation related to the reference. We guarantee our clients the use of pure distilled waters – and not flavoured ones –, which we produce through both a traditional distillation process and a fine-tuned process for some kinds of plants, that is an Ultrasound extraction followed by vacuum distillation (low temperature). 

For the same reason, our phyto-extracts are not mere blends, but compounds of conveniently studied, dosed and selected plants, to guarantee the most effective synergy.

Devè knows in depth the benefits of officinal plants: this is why we have fine-tuned an extraction system which guarantees the best quality/quantity absolute ratio, and which does not change at all the plant active ingredients.

The ultrasound extraction is an exclusively mechanical extraction that guarantees unquestionably better benefits than traditional systems; the whole extraction process takes place at room temperature, thus preventing the thermolabile active ingredients – such as vitamins and essential oils – from disintegrating and sugary parts from caramelizing.

During the process, the ultrasounds turn into shockwaves, spreading in the containment tank through millions of micro-bubbles which grow until explosion. This phenomenon, called cavitation, allows the cell membrane to break up, the active ingredients therein contained to be discharged, and consequently to  be solubilized in the solvent medium: as such,  we obtain the almost complete extraction of all plant active ingredients, which cannot happen with a physical extraction, where the passage is only osmotic.
