The ultrasound extraction is an exclusively mechanical extraction<\/strong> that guarantees unquestionably better benefits than traditional systems; the whole extraction process takes place at room temperature<\/strong>, thus preventing the thermolabile active ingredients<\/strong>, such as vitamins and essential oils from disintegrating and sugary parts from caramelizing. During the process, the ultrasounds turn into shockwaves<\/strong>, spreading in the containment tank through millions of micro-bubbles which grow until explosion.<\/p>
